Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an electronic tube, capable of easily manufacturing an inner structure of an electronic tube.SOLUTION: A first member 30 and a fixture 20 in which a convex part 22 detachably holding a penetration member 3 while being nipped as going toward a tip is arranged in parallel, are prepared. Any one of the first member 30 and the fixture 20 is heated to a temperature allowing the first member 30 to be melted and deformed. After the fixture 20 is contacted to the first member 30 so that the plurality of convex parts 22 is embedded into the first member 30, the fixture 20 is fetched. Thus, an intermediate N1 including the first member 30 in which a plurality of concave parts 9 is formed in accordance with the plurality of convex parts 22 and the plurality of penetration members 3 projected into each concave part 9, is formed. A second member 40 is prepared, an open 9b of the plurality of concave parts 9 is closed, the second member 40 is jointed at an air tightness to the intermediate N1 so that a plurality of inner spaces R in which an electron emission is performed is formed, and a joining body N2 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
