Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an electrostatic charge-controlled film roll that reduces occurrence of electrostatic-charged marks during film winding and lowers a defective rate caused by electrostatic-charged marks.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a film roll includes: a middle roll winding process to wind a film while eliminating electrostatic charge and obtain a middle roll (a middle roll A) with the absolute value of the electrostatic charge amount being 3kV or lower; and a slit process to wind a final product while eliminating electrostatic charge in the atmosphere of 40% Rh or more and 70% Rh or less in humidity after unwinding the film from the middle roll A and slitting it.SELECTED DRAWING: None
