Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic molded product.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic molded product includes: a step (i) of drying a stock body manufactured by removing a dispersion medium from a sheet-forming material containing a first resin, fiber and the dispersion medium to obtain a sheet-formed prepreg; and a step (ii) of molding the sheet-formed prepreg and the resin composition in a state in which a resin composition containing a second resin comes in contact with the sheet-formed prepreg to obtain a fiber-reinforced plastic molded product 10 including a sheet-formed prepreg molded body portion (first molded body portion 12), a resin composition molded body portion (second molded body portion 16) and an intermediate molded body portion (third molded body portion 14) that is adjacent to the molded-body portions and contains a component in the sheet-formed material and a component in the resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
