Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for forming an empty joint among overhanging ear parts at four sides of a net and independent blocks soundly by arranging many independent blocks on the square net.
SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the flexible multi-block mat, the net is flatly put on an upper face of a table, and a multiwindow frame having many through formation windows opened on a lower face and an upper face is flatly put on an upper face of the net. The table and the multiwindow frame are tightened by a tightening means, and the upper face of the table and a lower face of the multiwindow frame are pressurized in the facing direction to pressurize and nip a peripheral fringe part of the net between an upper face of a peripheral fringe part of the table and a lower face of a peripheral fringe part of the multiwindow frame. At the same time, the net is pressurized and nipped between a lower face of a bulkhead partitioning the formation window and the upper face of the table, and a leg part of an anchor bar is inserted between a lower face of the net in the formation window and the upper face of the table to raise the anchor bar in the formation window. Cement kneaded and mixed object is filled into the formation window to form the independent block, and the anchor bar is buried into the independent block.
