Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant controller which can simplify an electric brake device.
SOLUTION: This plant controller is made to apply an electric brake by outputting a command value to the effect that it should zero an exciting current to an excitation current control means 63a on one hand, and switching on an earth disconnector 56 after completion of the trip of a transmission breaker 55 on the other thereby severally controlling the exciting currents to be supplied to the field winding of a plurality of generator-motors.
