PURPOSE: To uniformly, easily and stably distribute a wick material by sintering and sealing a heat pipe filled with the particles of a wick material while making the wick material forcedly contact with the pipe inner wall by subjecting the heat pipe to high speed rotation.

CONSTITUTION: spherical particles of about 1mm diameter is filled into a heat pipe 1 in such a manner that its central portion is empty, and side covers are fixed on both ends. Then the heat pipe 1 is turned around its axis 4, and spherical particles are pressed against the inner wall of the heat pipe 1 into the uniform thickness with centrifugal forth. In this situation, the particles are heated and sintered from the outside through the heat pipe 1, to be tightly stuck on the pipe inner wall.
