Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a paste for an internal electrode in which aggregates or coarse particles suitable as a new material for MLCC are almost not included.SOLUTION: A method for producing a paste for an internal electrode includes: an evaluation step of determining whether or not conductive powder is applicable to the paste for the internal electrode based on a state of the conductive powder when the mixture is separated into two layers by standing after the conductive powder sampled from a raw material is added to the mixture of water and a lipophilic solvent together with a dispersant and then shaken; and a compounding step of preparing the paste for the internal electrode by adding the conductive powder determined to be applicable in the evaluation step, ceramic powder, the dispersant, and glycol to an organic vehicle prepared by mixing an organic binder and an organic solvent, and dispersing the added organic vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
