Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a natural binder for ink, wherein the natural binder contains no organic solvent, hardly emits volatile organic compounds, releases a large amount of far infrared rays and anions, and thus improves user's health. The method for preparing a natural binder for ink comprises the steps of: (S10) preparing onion extract; (S20) mixing 100 parts by weight of natural resin powder, 15-25 parts by weight of starch, 5-10 parts by weight of bamboo charcoal powder, 5-15 parts by weight of the onion extract, and 5-10 parts by weight of ethanol to obtain a mixture; (S30) nano-grinding the mixture for 30-40minutes to obtain a nano composition(2000-4000mesh); (S40) mixing the nano composition with water of the same weight as the natural resin powder to obtain a nano aqueous solution; (S50) stirring the nano aqueous solution for 15-18 hours to obtain a gel composition; (S60) quick-freezing the gel composition to ambient temperature to be divided into slurry and supernatant; (S70) filtrating the gel composition to collect the slurry as a binder; and (S80) aging the binder at ambient temperature.
