Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an outer plate which can form a fine three-dimensional shape, in which shading is caused, on a surface side of the outer plate while keeping rigidity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an outer plate 10 includes a laser irradiating step of irradiating with a laser, a backside 12 of the outer plate 10, having a part where shape constraint is caused against bending stress, so that an irradiation locus makes a predetermined design 70 and thereby forming a ridge line part 50, both sides of which are curved, sandwiched between curved parts 51, on a surface 11 of the outer plate 10. In the laser irradiating step, the laser is irradiated so as not to reach an end part of the outer plate 10, so that the ridge line part 50 is appropriately formed by being applied with bending stress in a state where the shape constraint is caused by rigidity of the end part of the outer plate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
