Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin branch pipe member which can easily change design according to required specifications to suppress manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a resin branch pipe 1 according to the present invention includes: a first step of preparing a pipe member 12 formed of a thermoplastic resin; a second step of boring a branch hole 22 in a part of a predetermined region R between both opening ends 4, 6; a third step of inserting and mounting holding member 24, 26, 28 in the opening ends 4, 6 of a main pipe and the branch hole, respectively; a fourth step of, after a plurality of molds 30, 32, 34, 36 are mounted to the outside of the pipe member, positioning the molds and the pipe member in an injection molding part W; a fifth step of pouring a thermoplastic resin material m from an injection port 38, provided in a part of the mold, to inject a thermoplastic resin into a cavity 46; a sixth step of separating the molds from the pipe member; and a seventh step of pulling out the holding members 24, 26, 28 from the opening ends 4, 6, 10, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
