Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for rolls for feeding electric wires capable of feeding each electric wire certainly without damaging it.
The invention includes an electric wire feeding device 1 furnished with a pair of wire feeding rolls 4a and 4b, which are formed in a ring shape and whose peripheral surfaces 8a and 8b are faced with a gap in between. The rolls 4a and 4b pinch an electric wire 5 between their peripheral surfaces 8a and 8b and are rotated interlockingly in the opposite directions so as to send out the wire 5. Their peripheral surfaces 8a and 8b are provided with surface unevenness by means of electric discharge machining.
