Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a tread rubber for retreading which suppresses an increase in Mooney viscosity caused by storage.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a first tread rubber for retreading which comprises: a step of coagulating a rubber latex before coagulation treatment containing carbon black to obtain a coagulated product; a step of adding a compound exemplified by sodium (2Z)-4-[4-aminophenyl)amino]-4-oxo-2-butenoate, which is a sodium ion, potassium ion or lithium ion salt comprising an acid amide bond obtained by reacting a phenylenediamine derivative with maleic acid, to the coagulated product containing water; and a step of dispersing the compound in the coagulated product.SELECTED DRAWING: None
