Abstract:
To solve the problem in which, as for noodles such as Udon noodles and wheat noodles, macaroni such as macaroni and spaghetti, and bread such as bread and pirozhki which use dough with high viscosity in which wheat flour is kneaded with water as dough, as for wheat flour processed food such as sweets such as crepe and pancakes, deep fried foods such as Tempura and deep fried food, and snacks such as Japanese pancakes and octopus dumplings which use batter in which dough is diluted with water as dough, and as for rice powder processed food such as Japanese sweets, rice noodles, Vietnamese rice noodles and fresh spring rolls, a large amount of sugar is included, and also they are eaten as a dish in which a large amount of sugar which is monosaccharide or disaccharide, oil, and dairy products containing a large amount of oil such as butter and cheese, so that they can facilitate obesity, and they cause lifestyle related diseases such as diabetes, lipid abnormality, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease, however, it is difficult to easily mix a living body adjustment function agent which enhances a sugar absorption suppressing function, a lipid absorption suppressing function and an intestinal environment improving function into the wheat flour and/or rice powder processed food.SOLUTION: This invention provides a master batch for wheat flour and/or rice powder processed food which is a kneaded product of wheat flour and/or rice powder and water in which a living body adjustment function agent uniformly exists which enhances a sugar absorption suppressing function, a lipid absorption suppressing function and an intestinal environment improving function, and which can be easily mixed with dough and batter of wheat flour and dough of rice powder.
