To prevent a person from falling down and being injured due to slipping and moving of a mat itself in use when he walks and sits by forming sucking disks on the whole surface or a partial surface in one surface of the mat formed by a polymer material.
A mat with sucking disks is constituted by aggregating and arraying many sucking disks R on the whole surface or a partial surface in a mat surface 90 made of a polymer material, is sucked and fixed on/to a floor surface by each sucking disk R and prevents slipping and moving of the mat R. Each sucking disk R is constituted by integrally forming a hole M with bottom which is formed on the mat surface 90 and a boss part 90a which is a projecting part at the peripheral edge. Each sucking disk R in which the boss part 90a of a height of about 2 to 10 mm is formed integrally with the mat surface 90 in the right above direction is desirable. The diameter of the hole M with bottom is not limited but the diameter of about several mm to 25 mm is desirable.
