To provide a mat which gives excellent walking comfort, has an excellent cushioning property, little gives fatigue to legs, even when a person walks on the mat for a long time, has an excellent mud-dropping property, an excellent water draining property, and excellent durability, is also considered for recycling, and is suitable as a front hall mat, a floor mat, a drain mat or the like.
This mat is characterized as follows. The mat comprises a net-like structure in which filaments comprising a thermoplastic resin form loops whose contact portions are mostly joined to each other. The load of the net-like structure is 300 to 3,000 N/200 mm, when 50 % of the thickness is compressed. After 75 % of the thickness is compressed, the recovery of the thickness is ≥90 %. The porosity of the structure is 80 to 98%.
