Abstract:
To provide a brake controller which can reduce the useless use of braking energy.
An electromagnetic brake mechanism 13 can be switched into a braking state for braking a loom-driving motor M or into a brake-releasing state for not braking the motor M. An electromagnetic brake mechanism 19 can be switched into a braking state for braking a main shaft 12 or into a brake-releasing state for not braking the main shaft 12. When the operation of the loom-driving motor M is stopped, a control means C1 selects the operation of only the electromagnetic brake mechanism 13 or the operations of both the electromagnetic brake mechanisms 13 and 19 in response to the revolution of the loom.
