Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and method for preparing a material, and program that allow for interactively preparing a material using a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A method includes: definition-information preparing means for preparing material-defining information at least including an input item of a material and a content and order of utterances in prompting an input of information about an input item, based on a first electronic file representing a prescribed form of a material; acquiring means for acquiring information about an input item interactively with a terminal device, using material-defining information corresponding to the material; and material preparing means for preparing a second electronic file representing the material by setting the information about an input item acquired by the acquiring means to the input item in the first electronic file using the material-defining information. The method acquires information about an input item by a method other than interactive acquisition if information indicating that information about an input item is not interactively acquired is set in a content of utterance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
