Abstract:
To provide a material containing a prescribed tetrafluoroethylene-based polymer that is excellent in adhesion, heat resistance, and solder resistance with non-oxide ceramic, has excellent balance of a linear expansion coefficient with the non-oxide ceramic and difficult to cause warp or peel due to shrinkage, and is used for processing such as lamination, adhesion, bonding, sealing and repair of the non-oxide ceramic.SOLUTION: A material for processing non-oxide ceramics containing a hot-melt tetrafluoroethylene polymer having a carbonyl group-containing group or a hydroxyl group-containing group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
