PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin molding material having a specific toughness and durability parameter, a specific flexural modulus and a specific Izod impact strength and suitable for molding having proper stiffness, strong impact resistance and excellent heat resistance, particularly toughness, e.g. a molding having a fitting part.
CONSTITUTION: This material has ≥0.3 toughness parameter, ≥20000kgf/m2 flexural modulus and ≥14kgf.cm/cm2 Izod impact strength at room temperature. Furthermore, the thermoplastic resin includes a polyolefin-based resin, especially a polypropylene based resin such as a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer and has 4-10wt.% of ethylene content of the copolymer, 10-40g/10min MI, ≥0.940 index P0 of stereoregularity measured by NMR of a homopolymerization part, 5-20% of a ratio of n-decane-soluble content, 2.8-7dl/g intrinsic viscosity in decalin at 135°C and 30-70% ethylene content. The material is preferably obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin with 5-40 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler such as talc.
