Title:
MATRIX RELAY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3879131
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembling man-hours and improve strength by constituting the exciting coils of electromagnet sections in the same line or row direction of a matrix relay with coil patterns formed on the same laminated printed board.
SOLUTION: Eight coil patterns of exciting coils 14 are integrally formed on a multi-layer laminated printed board 50 to form an exciting coil block 4, and a through hole 52 penetrating an iron core is formed at the center of each coil 14. The board 50 has a three-layer structure, the coil patterns formed on the surfaces of the first layer and the second layer are connected in series by terminals penetrating in the laminating direction, one-end sections are soldered to common coil terminals 101a, 101b penetrating the board 50 via common circuits formed in both end directions of the board 50, and the other ends are soldered to coil terminals 102 penetrating the board 50 near the coils 14. The work to connect individual coils 14 by welding is not required, and manufacturing is facilitated.
