PURPOSE: To enhance the utility of this MCA radio system by attaining the connection of the MCA commanding station of the MCA radio system and the exchange of a stationary communication network, thereby attaining the communication of a wide range independently of an analog or a digital signal.

CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with a numerical signal pulse generating circuit 21 converting a call signal in the MCA radio system and a numerical tone signal representing a select call number into a numerical signal pulse, a dial signal generating circuit 23 retrieving the call number with a subscriber file 22 from a numerical signal pulse and converting the call number into a dial signal, a signal transmission circuit 24, a loop closing circuit 27 and a CPU 28, etc. Thus, the MCA command station of the MCA radio system is connected to the exchange of a stationary communication network to make communication between an MCA mobile station and a telephone set of the stationary communication network.
