Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sleeve for piercing a prefabricated concrete panel which can deal with the panel having various thicknesses by a small piercing sleeve and in which the installation and the mold releasing are simple and a mold releasing jig therefor.
CONSTITUTION: The sleeve for piercing a prefabricated concrete panel comprises a bottom plate 3 fixed to a base 2, a cylindrical body 4 having an end face closed at one end and an opening end engaged with the plate at the other end, and a through bolt 5 for fixing the body 4 to the plate 3, wherein the oblique surface 11 for guiding the end of the bolt 5 to the bolt hole 10 of the base 2 is provided in a through hole 8 for the bolt of the plate 3, the side peripheral face 9 of the bottom plate is formed in an oblique surface spreading down, the opening end inner periphery 12 of the body is formed at the oblique surface engaged with the face 9 of the plate, and the through hole of the bolt of the closed end of the body 4 is formed in a long groovelike hole 6.
