Abstract:
PURPOSE:To monitor a measurement result optionally without mistaking a measurement procedure by providing a length measurement unit to be used for next measurement and an operation unit equipped with a measurement procedure display means for displaying a measured component. CONSTITUTION:A measurement data collecting device is constituted by providing the data collection unit 48-1 which collects shape information outputted by length measurement units 44-1-44-M and the operation unit 50-1 equipped with the measurement procedure display; means which displays a measurement place. Then the length measurement units 44-1-44-M and the data collection unit 48-1 are connected mutually through a dedicated interface 46-1, wherein a READY signal line indicating data outputs from the data outputs of the respective length measurement units 44-1-44-M are connected to an input port all together, thereby allowing the length measurement units 44-1-44-M to be discriminated through the data collection unit 48-1.
