PURPOSE: To enable to accurately dispense a liquid additive by a prescribed volumetric dosing regardless of a viscosity change of blood sucked out of a human body, by counting a prescribed number of droplets falling into a drip chamber before alternately starting valve means. CONSTITUTION: A liquid additive is added by a prescribed volumetric dosing through a second pipe line 12 to a fluid flowing in a first pipe line 11. Especially in a dispenser 10 to dispense an anticoagulant drug liquid ACD or sedimentation accelerator in an apparatus to collect one's own blood or returning blood transfusion, an electrically driven four ports two positions switching valve 22 is provided and is connected with the pipe lines 11, 12 and the connection part 14 of a drip needle 16. A drip chamber 18 is connected with the downstream side of the drip needle 16 and a drip sensor 30 is equipped so as to cross the falling path of droplets falling therein. After a prescribed number of falling droplets is counted, a switching valve 22 is alternately driven to control dispensing of the liquid addive.
