Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal composition containing a special compound for the prevention and treatment of a disease suffering from the degranulation of mast cells caused by an excessive neutroimmunogenic stimulation. CONSTITUTION: This medicinal composition for the prevention and therapy of human and animal diseases suffering from the degrenulation of mast cells as a result of an excessive neurogenic and/or immunogenic stimulation, contains an N-acyl derivative of an aminoalcohol of the formula: HNR2 R3 [R2 is an alcohol residue selected from a 1-20C linear or branched hydroxyalkyl and allowed to be substituted by >=1 aryl group in its aliphatic chain an necessary and a hydroxy aryl group and allowed to be substituted by >=1 1-20C linear or branched alkyl group as necessary; R3 is H or R2 ] with a polycarboxylic acid, as an active ingredient.
