To keep time and record the use state of medicine in general environment such as a patient's residence.

The medicine is put in a bag-shaped case comprising a metal film 5 and a plastic film 4. The case 1 is stuck onto a non-contact electronic tag 2. The non-contact electronic tag 2 is stuck onto a non-contact electronic tag communication device 3. When the case 1 is separated from the non-contact electronic tag 2, the non-contact tag 2 becomes communicable to be detected by the communication device 3. When detecting the non-contact electronic tag 2, the communication device 3 reads and analyzes recorded information. When no timing information is recorded, the communication device 3 records timing information in the non-contact electronic tag 2. When the timing information is recorded therein, the communication device does nothing. After the medicine is used, a latest time which the communication device 3 can record is recorded in the non-contact electronic tag 2.
