To safely and securely sterilize the surface of a rubber plug immediately before sterilely connecting a flexible vessel by forming a plurality of directed first groove line parts crossing each other on a protective film and a second groove line circle around the outside of the cross point.
A freeze dried medicine 14 is sterilely filled in a medicine vial 11 and an opening part 12 of the vial 11 is tightly closed by a rubber plug 16. A caulking cap 28 is attached to the rubber plug 16. The central part of the caulking cap 28 is formed as a protective film 22 and two first groove line parts 24 crossing each other are formed on the back side face of the protective film 22. A second groove line circle is formed around the cross point of the first groove line parts 24. Thus, when a flexible vessel is to be sterilely connected, the surface of the rubber plug 16 can be safely and securely sterilized immediately before connecting.
