PURPOSE: To efficiently align a deformed member in simple structure by arranging a rotary member in a through hole of the aligned deformed member by way of inclining it by a specified angle from the vertical direction against the shaft length of the through hole and furthermore projecting a part of the outer periphery of the rotary member inside of the through hole.

CONSTITUTION: A through hole 25 through which a deformed member 23 to be aligned passes is formed on a device main body 21, and simultaneously, one rotary member 31 of a pair of the rotary members 31, 33 on both sides of the through hole 25 of the device main body 21 is made to incline by a specified angle toward one side from the vertical direction in the shaft length direction of the through hole 25. Subsequently, the other rotary member 33 is arranged to incline by a specified angle toward the other side from the direction vertical in the shaft length direction of the through hole 25, and additionally, a part 35 of the outer periphery of the rotary members 31, 33 is projected inside of the through hole 25. Consequently, it is possible to align the deformed member 23 efficiently in spite of simple structure. That is, as the deformed member 23 drops downward through the rotary members 31, 33 by rotating the rotary members 31, 33, it comes to be possible to continuously process the deformed member 23 and accordingly, possible to extensively improve processing efficiency.
