Abstract:

To provide a catalyst capable of being easily synthesized by using an easily available ligand not by using an asymmetric ligand and accelerating an oxidation reaction well.

This metal complex protein composite material has a structure of inserting a salen metal complex of formula (1) [wherein, M is a metal atom; and R1 to R10 are each independently H, a halogen atom, a 1-5C alkyl or a 1-5C alkoxy] into a cavity of a protein having the cavity.
