Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a conventional manufacturing method that it is difficult to manufacture a small-diameter metal hollow body using a metal hard of plastic machining and it may be impossible to manufacture it because higher manufacturing cost is needed with a smaller diameter.
SOLUTION: A plurality of metal wires are machined into a stranded wire assembly with the adjacent metal wires being in contact with each other at their planar contact portions and integrated by supplying bonding means from the outside of the assembly. Thus, the metal hollow body is provided with a uniform inner diameter and a clean inner surface.
