PURPOSE: To provide a metallic mold for centrifugal casting, by which a casting defect is prevented caused by defective casting at the time of casting a titanium or titanium alloy-made engine valve.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic mold for centrifugal casting is composed of ringy metallic molds 1 having cavities 3 with an inner diameter hole 5 at the center part and composed of a stem space 13 and a head space 23 and dividable in the upper and the lower parts and ringy spacers 2 having an inner diameter hole 6 and dividable in the right and the left parts, and is fixed by alternately piling in the concentrically disk-like so as to interpose the ringy metallic molds 1 with the ringy spacers 2. The inner diameter of the inner diameter hole 5 in the ringy metallic mold 1 is made larger than the inner diameter of the inner diameter hole 6 in the ringy spacer 2.
