PURPOSE: To provide a die casting method of a half-melting metal, whose raw material is kept to a sound formed product quality without mixing parting agent component by reducing the damage of the detachment of the parting agent film spray-coated on the inner peripheral surface of an injection sleeve.
CONSTITUTION: In a tilting type injection sleeve 1 arranging the inner tip 3 separately and independently ascended/descended with a plunger tip 2 at the center part of the plunger tip 2, after spray-coating the upper surfaces and the side surfaces of the inner tip 3 and the plunger tip 2 with the parting agent, the half-melting metal raw material 10 is incorporated into the injection sleeve 1 with the ascent/descent of the inner tip 3 and pressed into the cavity of the metallic mold.
