Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent inclination in winding around a roller and to enable extension of the service life of a die by making the tooth tip of a metallic wire thin and remarkably improving opening properties.
CONSTITUTION: This invention is concerned about a metallic wire formed from a rolled steel wire rod containing 0.6-1.2wt.% carbon graphitized in a particle state. The tooth part of the above-mentioned wire is quenched.
