Abstract:
PURPOSE: To classify split blocks corresponding to the shapes of singleside split blocks and double-side split blocks.
CONSTITUTION: The block groups split into a plurality of blocks delivered to a feed conveyor at a definite interval from a processing table are moved to the table lift 8 of the feed conveyor facing to the rear surface of a clamp feed device 9 and the single-side split blocks and double-side split blocks raised by the table lift 8 are respectively independently held between two sets of falling clamp bodies 16, 16' on the side of the clamp feed-out device and raised to the turntable part 13 on the side of the clamp feed-out device and the turntable part itself laterally rotated by 90° is transferred to a double-side split block discharge conveyor 21 and a single-side split block discharge conveyor 20 both of which cross the feed conveyor at a right angle by the lateral movement of a running truck part 11 and the clamp bodies 16, 16' are allowed to stepwise fall to automatically classify the single-side and double-side split blocks to the discharge conveyors corresponding to both blocks.
