Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automate the enhancement of the quality of a concrete product manufactured by placing the concrete in a mold and the placing of the concrete.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete supply unit 5 for placing concrete in a mold 2 is provided in a concrete placing station, a placing speed regulating mechanism 10 having a rotary feeder 8 and an inverter motor 9 is provided in the supply cylinder 7 of a supply hopper 6, four load cells 13 are provided at a mold support base plate 3, and a level measuring unit 11 for measuring the liquid level of the concrete in the mold 2 is provided. Placing speed characteristics, other table and map are set in response to the volume and structure of the mold for a plurality of types of molds in a control unit for controlling the motor 9, the type of the mold is decided from the own weight of the mold 2, and the motor 9 is so controlled as to place at the placing speed characteristics corresponding to the mold. The correction is controlled by using the detected placing weight and the placing end timing is decided according to the detected liquid level.
