Abstract:

To prevent the clogging trouble of a fluiclized medium discharge chute by allowing no hydrocarbon-type unburnt gas containing CO, H2 and char to flow into the fluidized medium discharge chute, and dispense the afterburning process of a fluidized medium by allowing neither tar nor char to stick on the surface of the fluidized medium in extracting the fluidized medium out of a fluidized bed partial combustion furnace.

In extracting a fluidized medium out of a partial combustion furnace 10 of a fluidized bed combustion furnace by dropping the fluidized medium through a fluidized medium discharge chute 20, an intermediate hopper 48 is coupled to the fluidized medium discharge chute 20 so as not to allow hydrocarbon unburnt gas to flow into thefluidized medium discharge chute 20, and gas of at least either combustion exhaust gas or air is introduced into the intermediate hopper 48 so as to allow the gas to flow uniformly inside the fluidized medium discharge chute 20.
