Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and properly manufacturing an optical disk package such as a DVD and further a method and an apparatus for efficiently and properly inserting a graphic paper sheet inside a cover sheet attached to a surface of a box.
SOLUTION: The method for inserting the graphics inside the cover sheet attached to the surface of the box in the optical disk package includes a process of developing the box 101, reducing a developed length of the box and separating the cover sheet 104 attached to the surface of the box from the surface, a process of inserting the graphics 105 formed and kept to be narrow in width into a clearance formed between the surface of the box and the cover sheet 104 and positioning it at a predetermined position in the clearance, a process of increasing a width of the graphics 105 in the clearance for reliably inserting and holding, and a process of feeding the box with the graphics 105 inserted and held.
