Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper stock preparation apparatus for paper-making raw material, in which the temperature of paper stock is rised by repeating the compression and expansion of the stock between a narrow region having a kneading tool and a broad region having no kneading tool and to collect the waxes, hot-melt adhesives and stuck foreign materials which are efficiently removed by the post-treatment with a slit screen.
SOLUTION: The paper stock preparation apparatus for paper-making raw material, etc., is provided with a rotary shaft 8 having a driving device and passing through a cylinder, a group of spiral rotary blades 11 attached to the rotary shat 8 and kneading blades 14 attached to the remaining latter half part of the rotary shaft 8. The kneading blade has crosses crushing blades slantly crossing the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft 8 and slantly crossing the adjacent blade to shift the phase of the attaching direction by 180°. A plurality of the kneading blades are exchangeable for each block by fitting and a kneading tool 16 is inserted between the kneading blades to divide the space into nearly equal parts comprising a narrow region and a broad region.
