Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded product.SOLUTION: A method for drawing an aluminum resin composite laminated plate formed by laminating a surface material formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy on both surfaces of a core material formed of a foamed resin to form a three-dimensional molded product includes: drawing the aluminum resin composite laminated plate using a die and a diaphragm punch to mold a three-dimensional molded product having a top surface wall or a bottom surface wall, side surface walls, a corner portion and a ridge line portion; and then pressing a push-in jig from the inside of the corner portion of the three-dimensional molded product and pressurizing the aluminum resin composite laminated plate of the corner portion outward, and thereby reducing a corner R of the corner portion up to less than a plate thickness of the aluminum resin composite laminated plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
