To unnecessitate a pump and distill liquid solvent without using an electric heater and a heat exchange by circulating liquid solvent by utilizing a change in pressure in each storage tank when liquid solvent is circulated between a cleaning chamber and a pair of storage tanks storing liquid solvent.

This system is provided with a low temperature transfer tank 12 storing liquid carbon dioxide at comparatively low pressure and a pair of storage tanks 18, 20 storing liquid carbon dioxide at high pressure. A compressor 14 is connected so as to form a circulating path connecting one of the storage tanks 18, 20 and a sealing cleaning chamber 32 storing an object for which a dry-cleaning is performed. When gas is collected from an empty storage tank and the other storage tank in which liquid carbon dioxide is filled is pressurized, the compressor 14 is connected so as to form the circulating path connecting the storage tanks 18, 20 so as to use collected gas and a liquid side of the full storage tank is connected with a cleaning nozzle within the cleaning chamber 32.
