Abstract:

To provide a method for separating synthetic oligonucleotides protected from fully deprotected synthetic oligonucleotides.

A method for separating the synthetic oligonucleotides protected from fully deprotected synthetic oligonucleotides includes: a step of bringing a mixture of protected synthetic oligonucleotides and fully deprotected synthetic oligonucleotides into contact with antibodies that specifically binds to the synthesized oligonucleotides covalently binding to an organic protecting group but not binding thereto if the organic protecting group does not covalently bind; and a step of purifying the synthesized oligonucleotides fully deprotected from the protected oligonucleotides to which the antibodies bind.
