Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a container made of synthetic resin by blow molding, fill the container with grout, seal a mouth of the container and further fit a rubber stopper for preventing the grout from leaking at the time of use into the upper part of the mouth of the container.
CONSTITUTION: A container 1 made of a synthetic resin is formed by blow molding and filled with grout. A mouth 2 of the container is sealed and, in a semi-molten state, or by heating the mouth of the container with a heater after cure, a rubber stopper 3 for preventing the grout from leaking at the time of use is inserted under pressure into the upper part of the mouth of the container. An overhanging part 5 of the synthetic resin, which is caused at the upper part of the mouth of the container by the insertion of the rubber stopper, is pressed by using a force 7 and curved inward, whereby the top end of the overhanging part of the synthetic resin is fitted into a ring-shaped recess 8 provided at the outer peripheral part of the upper surface of the rubber stopper.
