Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the moving speed of the screw of an electromotive injection molding machine, capable of suppressing the qualitative irregularity of a molded product even if the so called multi-cavity molding is performed to enhance the productivity of the molded product.
SOLUTION: In the method for controlling the moving speed of the screw of the electromotive injection molding machine, a process for decelerating the moving speed of the screw 9 contrary to a rise in the injection filling pressure caused in a cavity (unillustrated) is added to an injection process for injecting the molten resin, which is accumulated in the front part of the screw 9 in a cylinder 8, in the cavity of a mold by advancing the screw 9 by the driving force of an injection servomotor 4.
