Abstract:

To realize an X-ray control method for reducing an exposure dose, and X-ray image photographing equipment for controlling the X-rays by such a method.

In the X-ray control method for the X-ray image photographing equipment which generates an image on the basis of an X-ray detection signal, the upper limit value of the exposure dose of the X rays is set about the object of photographing (602) to adjust the tube current of an X-ray tube lest the exposure dose exceed the upper limit value (606 to 610). The tube current is adjusted by obtaining the predictive value of the exposure dose on the basis of a photographing protocol and changing a tube current set value in the photographing protocol when the predictive value exceeds the upper limit value.
