This device 1 is equipped with a means 22 to attach a support part 3 and a cover main body 2 on a limb or a body to be cured. The means 22 is, in this case, a head cover equipped with several belts to be attached around the head of a patient and a pressure regulating plate to bind belts. A means to control the force to press the cover main body 2 to tissue, i.e., a pressure control means 4, is equipped between the support part 3 and the cover main body 2, and is integrated with the cover main body 2. Since plural elements constituted as air injectable are equipped between the support part 3 and the cover main body 2, the cover main body 2 can be strongly pressed locally on cicatrices.
