To provide a sanitary napkin without unevenness, gaps, twisting and slipping so as to be comfortably used, disposable, and extremely hygienic, by equipping fitting parts on front and rear ends or the rear end of a sheet to prevent soiling of napkin or underwear such as shorts, etc., used on a menstrual period.

The method to use this napkin is to double fold the napkin inward, then the fitting face is to be the lowest face, and to fit a fitting face to shorts. To discard the napkin, double folded adhesive faces are peeled off and the napkin and the sheet 1 are wound inward from the napkin 1 end without a fitting part and finally fixed by the fitting face to be discarded. An inner wrapping sheet is equipped on the napkin or a sheet to make the fitting part attachable/detachable. The method to use this napkin is to equip a fitting part so that the fitting part is to be outside on the back face of the napkin or a sheet, and, since the lowest face of the napkin or the sheet is the fitting face a this time, the fitting face is fit on shorts for use.
