PURPOSE: To precisely cut a green sheet laminated body, with an adhesive tape bonded to its back side, without cutting the adhesive tape at good workability using a cutting blade.

CONSTITUTION: A conductive adhesive tape 3a is banded to the back side of a laminated body 2, and this body is mounted on the attracting table 4 by way of the adhesive tape 3 by positioning. A cutting blade 6 positioned over the laminated body is lowered while being rotated by a driving system 7, and just at the beginning of cutting the laminated body 2, the point (lower dead paint) when the cutting blade 6 cuts a part of the laminated body 2 and contacts with the surface of the tape 3a is detected by a lower dead point control system 8a which detects conductivity between bath, and a cutting blade down stop signal (a) is outputted to the driving system 7. The driving system 7 prohibits the cutting blade 6 to go down and, while the blade 6 is kept at the lower dead point where the blade contacts with the surface of the adhesive tape 3a, moves it parallel to the laminated body, thus the laminated body 2 is cut in both longitudinal and transversal directions.
