Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for deciding a heating point and a heating line in steel plate bending work by which the heating point and the heating line are decided without using a wooden pattern and which is useful for automatically deciding the heating point and the heating line.
SOLUTION: This device has a heating point deciding means 11 by which a target shape data 12 given in a three dimensional coordinate data in a design data of a CAD data, etc., and a steel plate measurement data 13 measuring a surface shape of a steel plate of an object to be worked with laser beam measurement in a three dimensional coordinate data are read and a heating point is decided based on a contact point obtained by rolling a virtual target shape on a virtual steel plate, and a heating line deciding means 14 by which the heating points decided by the heating point deciding means 11 are grouped under a fixed condition and a heating line is decided by connecting the heating points for every group. The heating line data is obtained as a point line data on a steel plate.
