PURPOSE: To provide the disposing method and device of the scrap coil which are more functional and do not require a wide installation space.

CONSTITUTION: After the scrap coil 9 is mounted on a carrier which is used as a press lower die and carried, and the scrap coil 9 is crushed by a press upper die 2 and the carrier 1 supported from the lower part by anvils 3, the scrap coil 9 is pushed out into a scrap bag 5 by a kicker 4, by which this can be disposed in the small space.
