Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent soil of a hot plate surely by applying a release agent to the surface of an application roller by a spray means on the front of a double facer device for sticking liners with cores between the hot plate and a press contact belt.
CONSTITUTION: A liner R to a double facer device is passed through a feed roller 2 and an axiliary roller 3, and then a release agent is applied to the surface of the liner by rotating an application roller F. The release agent is sprayed on the application roller F thinly and uniformly by a spray means S. A liner NR with core fed into the double facer device and passed through by a pasting device 1 and the liner R to which the release agent is applied are press contacted on the hot plate 7 by a press contact belt 5 and pated together. At that time, the surface of the liner R is moved in press contact on the hot plate 7, and the release agent is rubbed into the surface of the hot plate 7. when the operation is carried out continuously, the release agent is applied repeatedly onto the surface of the hot plate 7 in a very thin layer shape and infiltrated into a metal structure of the hot plate 7, as the operation continuous for a comparatively long period of time.
